Browse the FREE educational sessions listed below and register for up to two sessions per day per person.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation.  These are quality, intimate (maximum of 20 participants!) knowledge-enhancing 30 minute presentations that allow for a lively question and answer opportunity to complete the 45 minutes.  If your schedule should change, please alert our registrar via e-mail.  Your seat will be held only until the session starting time.  We strongly recommend arriving early to see the 64th Annual Graphic Arts Awards Exhibition.

Personality as Product: Using Branding to Transform Services Into Experiences
A different set of design and branding challenges face companies whose product doesn’t come in a box. Service-oriented industries don’t have the benefit of relying on a beautiful, shiny product to captivate and engage customers. They must effectively package and deliver the experience through intermediaries such as consultants, financial advisors, lawyers or flight attendants.

The path to better and more cost effective communications in the graphic arts is found by designing with the process in mind.  Starting with an update on the recent advancements in digital printing, hi-fidelity printing and virtual color proofing, our session will focus on the application of these technologies and their impact on improving response rate, lowering production costs and improving workflow efficiencies.
This session is for creative thinkers in marketing, design and print production.
